Hello,

We have AVAC in Funds management but the messages don't appear in the transaction ME29N, i.e. when realesing a Purchase Order (and we need this). The message only appears when creating or modifying (ME21N and ME22N).

Can you help me, please

M.

Hello,

Yes, it is a 'warning' message and we want to repeat this message on release - the approver must know that the budget is exceeded.

Do you have any idea how to do this without ABAP coding?

Thanks,

Mónica

I'm afraid, it's not possible without development.

Hi,

AVC is checked already on the creation of PO (as you rightly pointed out). So, why whould you require a message on release? If the message is issued and it's blocking (error), then basically you won't be able to create/modify this PO not speaking of release. Or it was a 'warning' message due to profile and you want to repeat this message on release?

Regards,

Eli

Hi, your requirements is not standard functionality, so without abap I don't see solution.

Even if you activate exit, you need some knowledge of abap, or a help of abaper.

The main problem is how to find out that PO realized

Hi, you can try do it via EXIT_SAPLFMFA_001(Statistical budget update).

But test if it's run in ME29N.

So if it's run in ME29N you can set Statistical update while PO creating and delete this indicator in ME29N
