1. How to cancel multiple TOs at a time?

2. How to confirm multiple TOs at a time?

Hello,

To confirm multiple transfer order for inbound deliveries

Go to Transaction VL06I

Select the tab For confirmation

Enter the purchasing document number and delivery dates and execute

Now do the confirmtaion by selecting the chcek boxes in foreground or background.

For outbound delivery go to transction VL06 select tab For confirmtaion and enter the delivery dates and shipping point

Now select the check boxes and confirm in forreground or backgorund and save it.

For cancelling multiple transfer orders;

You can use LL01 if cancellation is activated.

hi,

There is no specific Tcode for your requirement .. but if you maintained warehouse activity monitor in LL01 you can achive your requirement at some extent.

Hi,

I believe to cancel multiple T.O's no std tcode is available.

For confimration of multiple T.O's, can use Tcode LT23 by selecting all open T.O's. after execution place the cursor on line item of the T.O and click on the icon confirm back ground...
