Authorise Change request action could not be successfully executed

Hi Gurus,

I have done the customization in the sdcr actions. twice i have checked the configuration. i hope all the settings are correct.

But when I try to execute the action in crmd_order (authorise change request), It's not triggering any thing.

I have done the below

1) copy the sdcr profile to zdcr profile

2) added the new status profile in the desired status

3) Copied the action and added my action

4) Defined the condition

Can you please help me to resolve the issue

Thanks & Regards

Venkat

Hi

As per your suggestion, I have checked and I find everything copied correctly. But still I don't have any other clue.

Hi,

please check the IMG activity "Assign Implementation to Change Transaction Types" (or check table TSOCM_PROXY_IMPL in SM30).

There you have to set the implementation class for your transaction type.

Hi

It's not a authorised issue. I have cusomized the workflow. When Authorise I am not able to authorise the change request. When I check on the transactional tab (Upon Release : Create change document I am getting a message saying "Start Condition Not Yet Met")

Any Suggestion will be appreciated

Thanks & Regards

Did you check the activity "Make settings for Change transactions type", I remember that when you copy a transaction type to your namespace, some activities there are not copied.

Hi Federico

Thanks for your input. In the actions tab, I am getting a warning (yellow colour)

1) Upon Release: Create Change Document

2) Checks consistency of an assigned Solution Manager context

Can you please help me to resolve the issue

Did you check the logs in the "actions" tab? May be there is more information about the error
