Inspection lot created

Hello,

i have a material which is QM active.

When i do the STO with item category U system is not proposing to Quality stock and instead going to unrestricted when STO is created.

When i do GR and then Transfer Order it post to transfer quantity to inspection bin.After confirming the TO qty has gone to unrestricted.

But i see inspection lot is created for the same.

Please help

Suresh,

Check your inspection plan for the assignment of "post to inspection stock" checkbox.

Maybe you can also check the created inspection lots to see where the stock are located.

in MM02 check settings for inspection type 08.

Make sure <post to Insp stock> is checked.

What is your requirement? Do you need to have inpection lot at the time of STO also?
