Realigned but no value in the new CVC created.

Hi,

We had performed realignment using RLGCOPY - file upload option.

I had used the option to delete the source, selected the KF that needs to be Realigned.

Post the Execution - No error in the message log.

I can see no forecast in the New realigned KF.Old CVC is deleted and new cvc is created.

What could have gone wrong or how can I check??? I have selected the correct KF to be realigned.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Is your Forecast KF dependent on Proportional factors or any other KF? If yes was that KF selected in the realignment KF list?

Hi Aswath,

Few things from my experience:

1. when realignment at infocube, we use the option Realignment

2. when realignment at planning area, we use the option Copy

3. If you want to delete old CVC, select the option "Delete Source" (as you have done)

4. If you can add/modify data in the new CVC, you need to select the "Copy Factor" & "Copy Logic", as per the need.

5. The relaignment data between old & new should be appropiate.
