when will file archive ?

HI ALL

I'm new to PI. I have a question. When will file placed in archive... after file picked by the adapter or file processed by the adapter or file reached the target?

First, adapter will pick your file from source.

At the same time it will place the file copy in Archive folder, if you have choosen the setting.

It does not matter that file is in error after processing, it will archive file at the same time when it will pick from source.

Hi,

After File Processed by adapter engine.

If you want to archive the files on the FTP server, set the Archive Files on FTP Server indicator. If you do not set the indicator, the files are archived in the Adapter Engine file system.
