External no. range in XDN1

D/ Friends,

I want to make Customer A/c gr no. range as external. But in DEV2 the no. range is coming as grey.

So my issue is that how to make no. range as external?

Hi

First set the current number to 0 Zero and change the number range to external . If you change then that grey will be removed

please go to XDN1

select external number range in that if you want to activate it you have to give any number range in from and to column then only it will get activated.

please check with an BASIS guy that patches are correctly updated related to number rangs.

please check with an ABAPER that user exit related to XDN! has been activated or not
