I want to delete a quotation which is totally dummy.

SAP recommends not to delete any document
even then if you wnat to delete it
there should not be any subsequent documents for the same.goto change mode of quotation select the line item and press trash can it will get deleted

Instead of deleting the quotation you can use the Reason for Rejection.
Alternatively as suggested you can go to VA22 and delete the quotation.

Go to T.Code VA22, in the menu bar select 'Sales Document' and click on Delete. This will delete the Quotation.
But this is possible only if there are no subsequent documents for the Quotation
