WM Pick List for production

Hi Experts,

When I am creating WM Pick List for production, system automatically creating TR/TO. But system is behaving like this, when I am taking printout of TO thru LT31.

xxxxxxx- material code

S 001 01-01-09 300.000 NOS - material is lying in the bin

D 100 0000195682 100.000 - Actually reqd for prodution

R 001 01-01-09 200.000 - How system is creating this entry.

Yyyyyy- material code

S 001 01-01-10 400.000 NOS - material is lying in the bin

D 100 0000195682 200.000 -Actually reqd for prodution

R 001 01-01-10 200.000 - How system is creating this entry.

Please confirm why system is creating return entry to same bin. We want that actual qty to be removed from the source bin and actual qty to be received at destination bin, we don't want return entry to the same source bin. Please confirm how to do this in configuration.

Hello,

This is happening because for storage type you have setting the full stock removal reqt & Return stk to same storbin are active . For e.g. if T.O is for 5 pc and the bin having 10 pc then it will pick 5pc from the bin and return remaining 5pc to same storagebin.

If you uncheck the both full stock removal reqt & Return stk to same storbin for storage type, then the return entry will not appear.
