CUP HR Trigger /virsa/data not populating

Hello All,

We have a configured a new hire rule in CUP and we see it in table /virsa/ruleattr in our HR backend. We have created a New Hire in HR and the /virsa/data table is not populating with their info. Since this table it not populating, we are getting the following exception when CUP runs the HR Triggers Data Load Job:

2011-01-28 18:25:53,845 [Thread-1405] INFO HRTriggersLoadDataDAO.java@94:getTriggerData() : SysID: EDH

2011-01-28 18:25:53,847 [Thread-1405] WARN Error

com.virsa.ae.service.ServiceException: No valid data exists with the Given Input.

What could be the reasons that /virsa/data is not populating?

It looks like we were not updating HR properly per our New Hire rules and so the /virsa/data was not updated.

Do you have new hire actions performed in the system before running the job.

Hi Srinu,

Yes, we created a New Hire in the HR backend before running the jobs. We populated User ID and Telephone Number later and saved the employee record again. Any ideas?
