CIF issue?

Hi,

I am using GATP to confirm the sales order quantity.

When I am creating an order with VA01 the order is well confirmed.

Then, I go to VA02 to change the order but I am getting the error that the order does not exist in APO. How can it be that the order disappears from APO? any recommendation to verify in the CIF?

Thanks a lot.

Hi LCD777,

1. Check if active CIF is maintained for Sales order for the related product

2. Check if active CIF is maintained for GATP for the related product

3. Create & save order in ECC & check in APO, if the order exist.

4. Change the sales order in ECC & see if the error persist.

5. In ECC, go to Tcode: CFG1 and select CIF in the "object", restrict the time interval , when u r expecting the changes to be flow between ECC & APO

6. In APO. go to Tcode: /n/SAPAPO/C3 and select CIF in the "object", restrict the time interval , when u r expecting the

changes to be flow between ECC & APO

7. Keep monitoring the Queue manager /n/SAPAPO/CQ for any related error & analyse.

8. In APO. go to Tcode: /n/SAPAPO/C3 and restrict the time interval , when u r expecting the incident to happen in APO

Step 5, 6, 7 & 8 would guide you if something went wrong between the data transfer process or in APO.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Nawanit
