Installation of SAP 3.1 I system on Linux or Windows 2003.

Hi,

I have a SAP 3.1 I system currently running on windows 2000 server,

Want to know if I can run the same 3.1 I system on Linux OR Windows 2003. The priority is that to install on Linux and if not then Windows 2003 will be second option.

Hi Chetan,

From the PAM (http://service.sap.com/pam), one could see that some combinations might support Windows 2003 or Linux.

It depends on the DB, type of kernel as well (32bit, 64bit or the EXT versions).
