Not able to GRN

Hi,

We are using extended classic scenario.

User is not able to GRN, and the same PO has been GRN'ed by other user.

Have compared the authorizations of the two persons. Both are same

Do we have any specific settings that has to be made to avoid this kind of behavior.

Many thanks for your help in anticipation!!!!

Thanks,

1 .any custom development is there to restrict the purchase order to show /hide for doing GRN.

2. since only one user is facing the issue means it could be with attribute /authorisation control

3. workaround - ask the recipient to do via MIGO.

Try to recreate the problem, then you can fix the issue immediately.

Hi,

Did you check the attributes. Movement type? Check consistency of the user for attributes. Comapre the org structure attributes for these 2 users.
