Check your RFC Destination and system landscap in srm,might be backend client is missing somewhere.

While transferring Vendor data from R/3 to SRM the error is ;; function module for system CLNT800 not found" what could be the reason for this.

RFC Connection would have not established between R/3 and EBP system. Get in touch with your basis consultant regaring this.
