Reports related to quotations

Hi there,

Could someone pleae let me know if there is a report that would allow me to get all quotations (open and closed) with a status like "open", "expired", "confirmed into sales order" ?

Hi,

Try VA25N. You can get all and open quotations.

In VA25N you have the option of all or open quotations.

In order to meet your query you have to develop a report using the tables VBAK and VBFA for seeing the subsequent documents.

Else in SE16n enter the table VBAK and in the fields BNDDT enter the date range and in AUART enter your quotation order type

I dont think so. You need to develop a report considering the table VBFA where you can presume if the subsequent document (VBELN) is blank, that quotation has not been converted into sale order.
