WM/PPPI interface

Hi Gurus,

We currently have WM module in place for normal production process i.e. for Production order type PP01 for a particular plant and a warehouse number.

We want to replace the process from production order to Process order i.e. from order type PP01 to PI01. I was looking at the Customizing for Warehouse Management under Interfaces -> Define Production for PPPI.. I see only the difference is Production scheduling profile between PP and PPPI.

I tested the process by creating a process order but Transfer orders didnt get created. I believe some piece of configuration is missing which is related to Order type PI01.

Please advice on the above.

Hi

In LE>WM>Interfaces-->PP interfaces, pls check for below

1. make sure u have selected the indicator 'PP Interface for Warehouse'

2. makesure u have assigned your order type to production scedule profile

3. in production scedule profile, in transport tab, maintain WM Request as 'X or 1' as per your requirement.
