Hi,

We use GRC 5.3 SP08. What are the pre-requisites for the RAR Reports: Informer -> Sec Reports -> Misce -> 'Action Usage by User' / 'Action Usage by Role and Profile' to report results?

We do not use ERM for Role maintenance. Is ERM implementation mandatory for populating results for above reports?

Alert Generation pulls data from STAT file of your backend system.

Make sure RSCOLL00 is running hourly on that system.

Hi Anil,

Please execute the Alert generation job which will bring all the action usage data from R/3 backend system.

The specified reports the action usage detail for the object in a specified period.

Please folow the SAP note # 1252966 for more detail.
