At the end of production line, different products/materials are sorted and arranged on one pallet and shipped to one customer (Pallets are consolidated by customer). Pallet has multiple products from production orders and deliveries consolidated on one pallet, please recommend any ideas how to handle in HUM because it has multiple deliveries and production orders on one pallet.

Hi Amar,

You can create packing Instructions in POP1 & than maintain Condition record in POF1 for condition type SHIP (Shipping Pack Instruction) & RCPT (in delivery) you can maintain Ship to & the packing instruction so that irrespective of the material received from Production line or Delivery you can do goods receipt of the HU created & packed in COP1 for any of the option which suits you.

This is a usual flow to pack the material in HU through packing instruction which is quite efficient.

How can I consolidate multiple production orders in one COP1 transaction. As mentioned earlier we have multiple production orders on one HU and COP1 can be performed for one production order at once

So, how can I generate a mixed handling unit (or) consolidate multiple production orders on one pallet
