Inconsistancy in MD04 requirment list

Hi Friends,

I have one unique problem. User has created two scheduling agreement (1) and (2) on same date with same quantity.

Scheduling agreement (1) has generated requirements in MD04 list. But Scheduling agreement (2) has not generated requirements in MD04 list for which i suggested to change requirement type. So the user has changed requirement type but still this Scheduling agreement (2) was not showing requirements in MD04. Mean while user has deleted scheduling agreement (1) showing in archived stage. But MD04 requirement still showing requirements of scheduling agreement(1) without scheduling number means in the MRP element data showing blank. So how to clear this requirement from MD04. I have run report SDRQCR21 by selecting Data Transfer it is showing Scheduling agreement(2) as Generated collective requirements per document. And it is showing Attention: Only simulation.

So two answers i am expecting:

1) How to delete entries of Scheduling agreement (1)

2) How to get requirement of Scheduling agreement (2).

Please help me out.

For both of your requirements, report SDRQCR21 is the solution.

Run the report, with all boxes checked. Then check in MD04.

this is a sensitive issue

please check in MD61 delete the requriment.

&

do MRP run

this should clear your issue.
