SC Split into Purchase Requisition & Material Reservation

Hi All,

We are on SRM 7.0 Classic scenario. Reuiqrement is that when creating SC for material, system should created material reservation for quatity which is available in stock & for rest quantity it should create PR.

Eg: Materail MAT001

Stock: 45

SC created for 100 nos., now system should create Material reservation for 45 & PR for 55.

Hi Experts,

Does SRM support partial conversion of requistion and reservation? My understanding says if the whole of the requested quantity is not available, it is transferred to Purchase requistion in ECC backend.
