Hi,
We have to create shipment from custom office as the scenario is:
- We are importing goods from outside EU
- Now after customs clerance in European Union we want to create shipment from European Union
- we want shipment to create from custom office to customer.
- we dont want to GR goods in our plant and then bill from there
So can we create shipment from Customs office
Please advice.
Regards
Gaurav
One possible solution is to create a storage location under your existing plant which represents the customs office, or you can create a new plant/storage location for customs office - solution may depend on the business and legal requirements.

Customs office can be represented by transportation connection point. You create them under
SPRO->Logistics Execution->Transportation->Basic Functions->Routes->Define Routes->Define Transportation Connection Points
If needed, wIthin connection point you can assign customs office ID. Customs offices are configured under:
Materials Management -> Purchasing-> Foreign Trade/Customs->Transportation Data -> Define Customs offices
Note that in order to link customs office your connection point need to have naming convention starting with a country code (eg. DE00001 for Germany etc.)
