Transporting AAE objects...

Hi All

How are the transport of AAE objects different from normal PI objects? Especially when the AAE rests on a different network...How is the transport linked to PI object transports?

Tried searching but couldn't really find any proper supporting blog or discussion. Appreciate any help(link or comments) on this.

Regards

Soumen

Hello Soumen

What is an AAE object? Where is this object configured?

As I understand it, there is no difference. AAE objects are configured in the ESR and Directory, just like any other scenario configuration and you can use the same transport mechanisms (CTS+, CMS etc).
