Unable to Create new DC in track

Hello frnds,

We were using JDI for our project.

i don't know how few days before some of the group , roles related to sld get duplicated. So it didn't allow devlopers to log in to DTR. DTR not accessable error was given.

then we deleted the duplicated entries. After that it gave User Forbidden error..

Then we went to sld roles in security provider and added all the users.

now we can login to DTR and work with already existing DCs however we r unable to create new DC.

i have tried with CMSADMIN userid and we r able to create new DCs.

As per my understanding it is a authorisation issue..but i could not resolve it .

so any body have any idea ?

Hi Shobhan,

do you get some error message when you try to create a new DC? Creating a new DC may fail because users do not have enough permissions in the DTR workspace (write permission) or maybe there's a problem with name reservation.

If it's a DTR problem (you should get some messages in the DTR console that basically say "...CREATE <filename> permission denied" in this case) check with the permissions view what group/users are added there. Maybe you deleted a wrong role?
