Solved: Standard Smartform for PO in ERP system.

Hi

When i click purchase order print preview, need to open PO Smartform.

I am using standard PO print program:/SMB40/FM06P

and Standard PO smartform :/SMB11/BL_MMPO_L.

In NACE, i configured as below

Output type NEU, Application EF.

Medium : print output

Program :/SMB40/FM06P

Form routine :ENTRY_NEU

Form:space

PDF SMARTFORM form :/SMB11/BL_MMPO_L

Type:Smartform

Any addition setting is required? I am working on japanese system.

In ME23N transaction, when i click print preview,

its giving "unable to generate form /SMB40/LEAF".

error.

When i debug program /SMB04/FM06P, i can see

function module "SSF_FUNCTION_MODULE_NAME" is passed with

smartform name /SMB11/BL_MMPO_L

In Call Function lt_fm_name, its througing Formatting error exception error.

I can see Exporting parameter

iv_from_mem=x,

iv_druvo=1,

user_settings =space.

ls_control_param=PRINTER XX J,

is_nast has all the values in NACE.

What could be the reason. any idea please.

How to trace it.

FYI: before we were using sapscript SAPFM06P and PO SF Y_MEDRUCK for the print preview.

Now planing to use Smartform.

Make sure the image "/SMB40/LEAF" is loaded correctly in SE78. Or check whether you have authorization. It is mostly related to Logo issue.
