User Assignment to Business Partner

Hi all.

If a customer person would like to watch some suppliers information in SNC Web UI (Tr-cd:/SCA/ICH_C), how to assign this user to BP type of organization?

e.g.

Customer person = A

Supplier1 = 88888

Supplier2 = 99999

Customer plant = 1000

Customer plant = 2000

Transportation lane

・Supplier1 <-> 1000

・Supplier2 <-> 2000

The customer person would like to watch Supplier1 and supplier2.

Hi Shiho,

Follow the following steps:

1)Create business partner organization transaction code:BP say CUST_ORG and save.

2) Go to transaction code:/N/SAPAPO/LOC3 enter customer plant=1000 click on change button and in Genral tab enter BP Number="CUST_ORG" click on save.

repeat the above step for customer plant=2000.

3)Create business partner person for person A transaction code:BP say CUS_PER and save.

Now go to change mode and select BP Role as internet user (BUP005) enter user A in both fields internet user and user name then click on Relationships button and select Relationship category-is SNC user of (TSCM001) in that enter Relationship BP=CUST_ORG click save.

Note that user A needs to be created.

After performing the above steps user a can login as a customer and view data using transaction code:/N/SCA/ICH_C.

Hi Shiho

Create a BP of type Organization using transaction BP in SNC system

Assign the same BP to location master of plants in trnx /N/SAPAPO/LOC3 field BP Number under Partners

Now create a BP of type Person in transaction BP

Assign the BP of type person to type organization in transation BP, Relationships button (top most centre)

Relationship category-is SNC user of TSCM001

Give the BP of type Person internet user role BUP005, DEFINE USER NAME AND PASSWORD

Add the necessary customer roles in User role section

Example:

BP of type Org: CUS12

BP of type Per: A

Assign the CUS12 in location master of plants 2000 & 1000

Assign A to CUS12 in relationship
