Error on WebIC

Helllo IS-U Guru's,

I have launched WEB IC for one of the utility client, when i click on "Overview" Menu and when i click on "BuAG" I am getting error below is the error message.

■The following error text was processed in the system CS1 : Function module "FKK_CRM_ACCOUNT_TOTALS" not found.

we have setup RFC connection and we also have setup middleware config for BP and CA.

It seems that you have not set up your RFC destinations correctly. The mentioned FM exists in the FICA-ERP backend system, and is called with the RFC destination as configured. Maintain the values correctly and you should not have a problem.
