Provisioning with 2 different LDAPs

Hi,

We are implementing SAP GRC AC 5.3 CUP.

We have a scenario in CUP where we need to provision to portal which is mapped with 2 different LDAPs. We have an issue in configuring User_Data_source in EP connector. If we configure this for the first LDAP then we canu2019t provision to second LDAP.

What can be a solution for this .

We thought of creating 2 different connectors but that also doesn't work as this will be a HR trigger request which will be created automatically and it will be a stage less provisioning.

Facts:

There is a portal system available which contains all the users from both the LDAPu2019s though there is a difference in USER NAME.

They have a reference users mapping system which maps the users in LDAP and Portal.

I am sure this kind of situation would have been face at many GRC CUP implementations. Can you please suggest any way out of this issue?

Yes you have to create 2 different connectors for all the LDAP systems and you can fetch user data from different systems too.

From AC 5.3, you can define multiple user detail souces in CUP and assign priority to them
