Hi,

Please check the parameter icm/server_port_1, if this parameter is not set, add in TX RZ10 with the value:

PROT=SMTP,PORT=25

Restart the instance, then create a service user with the S_A.SCON profile.

In the SICF, open the SAPCONNECT service and check the configuration:

Host data: profile parameter = 0 // host configuration= :

Logon Data: Add the service user that you create

Handler List: CL_SMTP_EXT_SAPCONNECT

Save and active

In the SCOT add the domain in menu settings and add the mailhost and port in the SMTP node, Click the button SET in the internet option and add a * in field address area.

Go to SMICM --> Go to --> Services and check that the port that you add in the parameter icm/server_port_1 is active

Go to SBWP and send the message.

Good Luck

Check that port 25 is not blocked.

Also did you read the SMTP guide regarding the "recipient addresses"?... Did your user has the email address and method populated in the user master?, read,

http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/Basis/SAPtosendexternalmails

I send the mail with Outlook and this mail if reached the direction external.

My team that administrated the exchange server, commented , which is the user who sent the mail, for check the authorization in the exchange server and validated that user have authorization for sent external email, but I not configured the count of mail in the SCOT transaction alone is configured the exchange server name.

You need to add the IP address of your SAP Server to the SMTP relay agent of your mail server . SAP does not support authentication to SMTP via username/password.

check the below things.

1. try to send mail to external mail from outlook and see the result.

2. does your company allow you to send mails to external mails? check with exchange server team and ask them to see logs for external mails.
