CUP and user license category

Hello

Is there a way to have CUP populate a user's license category on the license tab? It doesn't seem like this is possible and I'm very surprised that it is not part of standard CUP functionality. Our process for setting users up includes immediate license category assignment.

Hi Jon,

It is very much possible. You need to create a Custom field for licence and than map it back using field mapping. Have a look at SAP note 1301214.
