Consumption values in product master

Hi,

Does anybody knows what is the source for the values (Backward Consumption Period and Forward Consumption Period

) in the product master on tab demand / consumption?

Is there a user exit or have they to be entered manually?

These values are transferred from R3 material master and can be seen in MRP 3 View,

Will they be transfered by CIF?

Further the unit in R3 is workday and in APO is calendar days.

So how they are converted?

Hi,

Consumption data is transferred from R/3 to APO with standard CIF settings & as far as I have seen the values for backward & forward consumption remains the same in R/3 & APO. There is no conversion from workday to calendar days.
