Reg: Error " You are not permitted to create new objects since the software

Hi,

While creating a new Data Type in IR, i am getting the below error " You are not permitted to create new objects since the software component cannot be changed".

Kindly let me know the cause and solution for this.

Open your software component version and check this fields:

• Objects are original objects

• Objects are modifiable.

If they are'nt active, you cant modify any object of this SC.

open your SWCV (dbl click), select the radio button objects are modifiable.If you dont have access check with your PI administrator, also check if there is any user profile based access is used in the IR SWCV.
