EBP user data

SAP is advising to create users through the batch process only either through ALE or transaction USERS_GEN. Transaction BUM1 is unavailable in EBP and USERS_GEN creates multiple object duplicating those created by the ALE process. Has anyone come across a similar problem or even better come up with a clean solution?

Hi Greg,

SAP MDM deals with master data such as Business Partner or Product. User generation in application systems is not an MDM topic. Please refer to the appropriate discussion forum in the SAP community (http://www.sap.com/community/).
