CTM does not create planned orders

Dear friends,

When I execute the CTM planning run, it doesn't create any planned order. In transaction /SAPAPO/SNPAPLOG -> Application Logs is not giving any error and it determs the demands and supplies. In sources of suplly we use SNP type and we use lot size. We use this CTM profile to create long term planned orders, we use timestream to 52 weeks so we only run this CTM once a year and always has worked fine.

We did not change the ctm profiles so what can be happening now for system does not create the planned orders?

Check the master data selection profile whether all the components of the source of supply are included.

Hi,

In order to determine the suitable source of supply for a demand, CTM uses the minimum and maximum lot size

of the source of supply for in-house production.

If CTM creates order, the system uses the minimum lot size and the maximum lot size in the location product master.

Check if there is any inconsistency between both these data.

Also do a master data consistency check.

Hi,

in Master Data Settings in CTM profile we are using lot size from Product, Destination Location in field Lot Sizes for Stock Transfers. In product/location mater data we have 0 in Minimum Lot Size and Maximum Lot Size in tab Quantity and date determination but this settings have not been changed.

Master data check as no inconsistency.
