Sales Representative's email address not getting populated in Sales Order?

Dear SAP Gurus,

I am creating a sales order, here in this customer we have sales representative assigned to it. This sales representative is maintained in HR module (PA30) along with communication details including email address.

However while creating a sales order the Sales Representative partner is not getting updated for email address from HR master.

Kindly help me out in this regard.

I have checked the partner determination settings and other possible configurations, but couldn't fix the issue.

Searched SAP Notes, from there I guess this is standard SAP thing, system won't display the personnel master details in Sales document. Also all the notes are quite old (mostly relevant till SAP 4.7), which allows me to say that these all SAP Notes are already applied for my SAP ECC 6.0 system.

Please help me if anyone of you have faced this issue, and how we can resolve this. So that HR master email address will be reflected in sales document.

In PA30 HR Master data where you have maintained the email address I mean in which Infotype.

Hi HPP,

In the customizing of the partner determination in the partner procedure we're using source 'X' (customer owe partner determination via user exit).

We implemented EXIT_SAPLV090A_003 (function module) where we're reading PA0105 structure.

Maybe this helps.
