Suddenly some of the user got below error including me in the SAP inbox as well all are getting in official mail ids.

Description
An error occurred when an MC record was being processed, from which an IDoc should have been generated and therefore the IDoc could not be generated.
If you execute the work item, you receive further information and if necessary you can go to the application document and repeat the message proposal.

In Scot i found 200 errors and SOST also i got error logs ,Pls check the below logs .

Hi,
You SCOT -> SMTP node settings are OK ? Anyone has changed ?
Send one manual mail to correct email ID , and check again.
Check at OS level Mail log to get detailed info.
Also, I would Contact mail server admin to check the relay settings of the mail server. It may be a chance that some thing has gt changed at relay level. Please involve your Network Team also.
