Can we export Crosstab to XLS pivot table?

Hi,

My users need a BO report to be converted to XLS and the XLS should contain the Pivot, summerising the data on BO report.

I could create the crosstab to show the data, but on export to XLS, it is 'Snapshot'. The user does not have control like in Pivot, on crosstab data to change and show-hide.

Any possible solution for this type of requirement? Or please suggest any work around.

once you exported the data to XLS you have no control do anything on it

its just a snapshot of the data and the design will remain the same as you see in your report.

but there are another tool called Voayger from business objects you can give the users the ablity to drag and drop and see all the information they need in a crosstab table or charts
