SRM 7.0: How to customize approval and deadline Notification text?

Hi .. i have activated notification that comes to external email inbox like outlook or lotus notes on approval and deadline. And this is working and i could see the notification coming to my outlook inbox.

But the text of the notification seems to be junk or in other format which needs modification.

Below is how the text appears.

"Document XXXXXXXXX approved

The document XXXXXXXXX of type BUS2121 was approved.

Technical information:

Event: APPROVAL_PROCESS_DOC_APPROVED

SubCat: APPROVAL_RESULT_NOTIFIC_NEW

The following messages have been triggered by the system:

You can view the document directly. Choose the following link :

Login"

Please guide how to customize this.

It is alert notification. Please check this note.

If the text is junked it must be by other reason. Which part of email is junked?

Masa .. thanks for your instant reply,

What I meant by junk text was the technical information in the notification. Client would not except that text.

I have checked this note and implemented the Badi prior writing posting this thread. But that doesnot seem to work. Also the smartform is more specific to contract and i dont see any section on smartform for Shoppping chart where i can compare and make the changes.

You need to implement the output Badi .

Follow the note 1265414 instructions.
