QAC2 problem in transfer the insp lot in store location in the plant.

hi

i wanna transfer ""inspectin lot in the one store location to another store location"" when i gives the transfer store location then the system gives deficit error, although the stock avail in the same store location and transfer is also right.. what is the happening...?

You can only make a stock transfer for a material in an inspection lot if:

· The inspection lot has the status created or released

· No usage decision has been made for the inspection lot

· The inspection lot quantity is not in goods-receipt blocked stock

· The inspection lot does not have the origin 17 (externally triggered inspection)

1.Main reason could be stock .Check in MMBE where stock is lying

2.Check the Inspection lot status.

the stock is exist in the same store location, and the lot status is Released,, actually problem which lot i can post via QAC2.. before IGP or Before MIN or after,,, i did as you said But i did check properly system show the lot stock in the same location,,

What I mean by where is Under Unrestricted or QI or any where else &

what I mean by Status is whole lot status like REL SPRQ ( its should not be UD & SPST or SPCO)

Can you just elaborate the error you are getting ..........provided that storage location entered are correct

It sounds like you did some stock posting already. I don't think you can transfer the lot once you started to post the stock.

I have tried three type of lots.. 1. REL CALC SPRQ 2. *UD ICCO SPCO STUP*

1. ""REL CALC SPRQ"" the lot status is posting not complete, when i post this lot from the quality stock to unrestricted stock, then system ll not allow for posting this lot. you know as well, right now the lot in Quality stock, posting is not complete yet..

plz tell me which lot i can transfer from QAC2,,

1. after release from block stock.

2. after IGP.

3. or i can post direct from Quality stock to any where i want...before posting lot stock.
