SU Number Range

Is it possible to use same SU Number from one warehouse (Say WH 1) in another warehouse number (WH 2) ?

1.Is it possible to use HU Number in one plant (shipped from HU location) in another plant which is SU Managed (Raw materials of receiving plant) Only.

2.The intention is to implement HU managed for Shipping Location and not for Raw Materials (so SPED is not an option)

Can you please let me how how to handle these scenarios

Hi,

We have a similar scenario at storage location level for our client.

S.Loc R000 is raw material reciept location where we recieve Rm and this S loc is WM activated with SU.

S.Loc P000 is Production location where the RM is converted into Finished goods. Non WM/SU & NON HU location

S.Loc F000 is FG location where we recieve FG from external reciepts and prom FG's. This is HU & WM managed location.

When i recieve RM from Vendor it is recieved into ROOO as a SU, when i recieve FG from vendor then we recieve it into F000 as a HU and all FG's internally produced are transfered from P000 to F000 via HU02 transaction which will manage stock as HU.

I guess this scenario can be acheived at plant level as well as per your requirement.

Regarding the same SU / HU number, you may have to activate external number range for one of these and pass this number as an external numer.
