Dear All
Do you know if there is any standard possibility to set output type exclusion the same way as it can be done for pricing? I mean if some particular ouput type is attached to document, all other output types also attached to this document should be deactivated and not processed.
Kind regards,
Sylwia
Hi,
There is no such functionality in output.
Also there is difference between what you are asking and what the exclusive indicator does. You are asking for disabling any output once an output type is proposed. That is equal to disabling any other condition type once a condition type becomes active in pricing. That is not possible.
In outputs you only have to control by means of condition records. You have to think about when should an output be triggered adn accordingly maintain your output records. That is the only solution. If you want a specific output type to be triggered only if certain conditions are met, then you can use requirement routines in that case. Other than these, it is not possible to disable all other outputs once an output type is triggered, as the function of each output is different. One can be a print output, other can be an email and the third can be an IDOC. So we should not do what you are asking.

Dear,
In standard SAP there is no such functionality available. You can work with output routines and assign to output procedure.
