Hi,
My requirement is to set authorization to different users for different material types and their activities.
Kindly also guide me the usage of QM authorization key.

To create new groups
SPRO >QM> environment -->Auth management -->Create Auth Group
To assign auth group to material master
In MM01 or MM02 >QM view --> assign Auth group.
To restrict user access to Auth group
in PFCG Auth Object: Q_MATERIAL assign QM auth group.
Please note, SAP checks QM authorization groups only for QM transaction like, Result recording, UD , Q info record etc.
