hi,

I want invoice print .

for that each time I have to go to "vf01 - Goto (menu bar) -header - header-output

then

select out put condition type then select medium

then save it

then

go to

vf02 billing document -click on Issue out put to

but I want done above process automatically

please provide me solution.

Check in VV32 whether you have maintained the required output.

Dear Sudhir,

Go to VV31 maintain condition records for Output and maintain output device in communication method also.

and select print immediately check box next to Output device.

Then output type will be automatically determined in Invoice header.

and print will be immediately trigger when you save the invoice.

This can been done by using condition record in Tcode NACE by using application V3
