link between SC and PO while delete

Hi all

Could anyone explain why in SRM we could not see the link?

SRM Eproc PO status=> When we delete a po ( after clic on button delete )Shopping cart isn't linked

to the PO, and in shopping cart no link with PO deleted.

we lose the traceability between the two documents

SC 1000006582 and PO 4400002953

if you delete the purchase order , the shopping cart comes to cockpit again for buyer action - if you configured sourcing.

what you are expecting from the system after you delete a purchase order from the shopping cart.

Hi

After deleting the PO, in the shopping cart the status has to be updated that the follow on document (ie PO nu has been deleted).

But currently the status shows only the follow on document created even after the PO is deleted.

Sourcing is maintained in PO.

Yes. your expectation is correct and it should happen

if you delete a purchase order , the shopping cart status must changed as follow on document deleted.

if it is not happened you can report to SAP and you must recreate the issue.

because end user should not find difficulty and he/she keeps checking when material arrives which he requested .

all the linkages are establised in linkage table .

sc - po created - PO deleted means if the sourcing was activated the cart item venture to cockpit for again BUYER action.

1539108 - Shopping cart status is not updated correctly after the PO was deleted.

Symptom

After the PO was deleted , in the Shopping cart 'related document' the status says I1113 'follow on document created', but

there is no PO number listed there.

The correct status should be I1115 'follow on document deleted'.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

Create a PO with reference to a Shopping cart.

Go into the ordered PO, delete all the items.

Refresh the screen, and go to details of PO item "related document tab".

Here you will find the linked Shopping cart is still with status 'follow on document created'.

You go into the details of the linked SC line items, "related document tab", the status would be 'follow on document created'

without any PO number listed.

Cause

Once the PO item is getting deleted, the report clean_reqreq_up should be executed and scheduled in order to update the

related shopping cart item.

Resolution

Go to the backend system, in transaction code ME23N , please check if the deletion flag is successfully updated.

Go to SRM system, transaction code SE16 , and check the table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB with the REQNO = PO number , and DOC_TYPE = SU.

If there is an entry found in Step 2, please run the report CLEAN_REQREQ_UP to clear the entry .

To ensure the problem, will not occur again , please schedule the CLEAN_REQREQ_UP job in your system.

I have checked this report running status.

We are already running this report since go-live so this issue is still there.

Could you please provide what other causes might be there?
