Batch status popup at the time of UD

Hi Everybody,

I have 2 client servers on which I am working. In one of the servers I get a popup which asks me to select the batch status at the time of UD . In other system the popup doesnt appears and the system decides the batch status.

Please let me know under what circumstances the pupup appears.

Hi,

Please check Follow up action in both servers under the config. node Quality Management->Quality Planning->Quality Inspection->INspection Lot completion->Define Follow up action.

Follow up action QM_PM is used for updating maint. data. It has Function module QFOA_OBJECT_STATUS_SET for : Set Equipment Status/Change Cycle Modification Factor.

Hi,

Thanks a lot for your inputs. I still have a query. I am talking about UD for QM lots. We do not work on PM lots. Moreover we dont use the follow up action QM_PM at all. Also the functional module you mentioned is not used.

Please let me know how does the functional module controls the popup.
