/SAPSLL/MAEX_UPLOAD_R3

Hi,

Im just to make use of this program /SAPSLL/MAEX_UPLOAD_R3 to mass classify ECCN or ICCN to material instead of standard transaction that has a limitation of 3000 materials per execution.

But im not able to get the right format or data to successfully execute this program /SAPSLL/MAEX_UPLOAD_R3.

Can you anyone pls help by telling exactly which fields and format that are needed to be feed into program?

Hi,

Your file needs to match the format of table MAEX.

You can check the format of table MAEX with transaction SE11 or download the content of table MAEX with transaction SE16 (Be sure that you are displaying fields names and not fields labels when you download data from SE16).

But im still not clear on exactly which fields need to be maintained because it doesnt seem to work...

Did you get any error/warning message in the log ?

Hi,

Cant really tell how to debug before message. All is green except the last in yellow. The materials of course are in GTS system.

Settings: Legal regulation alt: ZJPEC; new: ZJPEC; client 210; overwrite

File was successfully imported

Data conversion

2 entries in table /SAPSLL/PRCTS found for legal regulation ZJPEC

No data records are to be updated

Your ECCN codes seems to be weired because ECCN is something like 1A004 or 5A008, etc... and from your post, I see ECCN = 1.4(5) or 1.4(6)...

Could you please recheck the ECCN codes you have in table MAEX ?

What is the ECCN code for these materials in GTS ?

You might want to check if you are not running the program with the Simulate flag checked on..

The "Change Existing Records" flag should however be flagged.

Ya, i have only check change existing records. The eccn and iccn is ok. If you manually assign either via standard transaction or worklist is ok..

But i just cant get the right formart for program /SAPSLL/MAEX_UPLOAD_R3 but it works prefectly fine for program /SAPSLL/MARC_UPLOAD_R3.

Or anyone can post a sample of your load file? maybe i can try to figure out?
