Billing relevence

Hello Expert,

What is the difference between billing relevence indicator B and C.

B Relevant for order-related billing - status acc.to order qty

C Relevant for ord.-related billing - status acc.to target qty

when I am selecting B its not considering the 1000 line item in VF01 while for the next one its doing the same..

Hi,

Both are order related billing. But in B the sales order billing status is decided based on 2 conditions.

1. Quantity for which delivery is done

2. Qnty for which invoice is created.

So for the order to be Billing completed, the entire requested quantity should have been delivered AND the entire quantity should have been invoiced. If the delivery status is not complete, then billing status will not be updated as Complete.

In C, there is no link with delivery, it only checks how much quantity is invoiced. So SO is complete, if all the order quanty is invoiced.
