Operative Indicator not getting removed

Hi All,

For first level WBS Element, Billing Element Operative indicator is ON (Ticked), now when I revoce it (Unticked/OFF), then system does not save this data and again when I check it remains Ticked/ON. My understanding is that if any Revenue is Planned/Posted on that first level WBS Element then this checkbox/indicator field should be in Grey/non-editable mode, jus like account assigment element indicator.

Now how to get resove this issue? I want Billing Element checkbox Unticked/OFF for first level WBS Element.

Which things should I check?

Check in OPSN if there is any substitution in place to make this happen. In addition to this also check this note,

I am assuming that you have no planned or actual revenues against the WBS - as it has not greyed out

There could be a substitution rule to set it always to tick
