Partial invoicing.

Hi friends,

Please advise on the following requirement. I have a BOM with 3 components A, B and C.

A has sub-components UV and

B has sub-components XY.

My requirement is to invoice U and X together

and V & Y together. Is it possible?

Extend sales views for those four components and create sale order for U & X and V & Y separately.

Thanks Lakshmipati for the reply. Can we use the option of VF01 key in the order number and then in the selection list select the required line items. Please advise.

You should create a sale order for the above components and subsequently against this sale order, you can create an invoice. Yes of course, in sale order, you can maintain all the required items and in VF01, you can choose on your own by clicking the selection list.

If you want to invoice U & X together & V & Y together, in the first place, they should NOT be mapped as "Subcomponents".
