Service Desk -- how to send message to end user and receive answer

Hi Experts,

I want to send a message to end user from service desk as proccessor and receive reply answer.

Also know if end user can follow the log of the message.

Is there a web tx for this?

The general operation of Solution Manager and, as part of it, Service Desk , can be found at:

- http://help.sap.com -> please choose Solution Manager as product and you will see the online help for Solution Manager. In the left navigation pane you can go to the Service Desk and see the how to documents there.

- http://service.sap.com/rkt-solman -> these are the ramp-up knowledge transfer (RKT) documents for Solution Manager. Please choose Solution Manager 7.0 -> Support Organizations / Service Providers. There are documents about Service Desk there.

- http://service.sap.com/solutionmanager -> Media Library -> technical papers and also How-To Documents have some information about Service Desk.
