SRM Contract not getting released

Hi All,

We are in SRM 7.0 EHP1 and ECC 6.04 ECS.

Created a Central Contract release the contract, no workflow required. Contract Status in BBP_PD Awaiting Approval and has no Workflow Item.

Tried to release it manually in SWO1, did not work. The system just keep on running.

Verified in SM58, contract are stuck there. Verified the Worklfow linkage for SRM_PROCESS_STAR and WS40000014, they are active. SWU3 are ok.

This was working prior to a system restart.

Please help.

You should be able to release with SWO1.

Debugg & see with SWO1.

Can you execute what strucked in the SM58 with basis help ..

after you have released the CCTR , it must have ventured to ECC via PI since no workflow required.

if you have workitem in the bbp_pd no issues . but how you are executing in SWO1.are you giving guid of the contract and released right?

Pl contact your basis expert and check if tRFC user is locked or password maintained is wrong.
